Mission Statement

Kathleen’s goal is to listen carefully to her client’s wishes and advise accordingly while providing an aesthetically pleasing and economical design meeting her client’s needs.


Biography

Kathleen has been working in the field of Architecture in the Orange County, NY area since 1987, starting her career at firms in Middletown and Montgomery before establishing her own firm in 2003 in Middletown. The bulk of her experience includes new residential homes for individual clients and builders, new commercial buildings, residential & commercial additions, and commercial interior fit-ups. In addition to her private practice, she taught classes at SUNY Orange in the Architectural Technology Program for 11 years, from 2008 to 2018.


Kathleen received her Bachelor of Professional Studies in Architecture and her Master of Architecture from the University of Buffalo in 1985 and 1987 respectively, where she received the American Institute of Architects Certificate of Merit from the Henry Adams Fund for Excellence in the Study of Architecture. She is National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) certified and is licensed in the states of NY and PA. She served on the Downtown Revitalization Initiative Board in 2017 and currently serves on the Architectural Review Board for the City of Middletown.
